IMPORTANT: These Terms contain an arbitration clause and class action waiver that affects your rights. Please read Section 18 carefully.

• "Booking" means a reservation or appointment for repair services made through the Platform.
• "Content" means text, images, photos, videos, data, and other materials posted, uploaded, or transmitted through the Service.
• "Account" means your registered user account on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Legal Capacity
By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

• Circumvent security measures
• Submit fake or fraudulent bookings
5.4 Service Provider Independence
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of FixiPoint. We do not employ or control service providers.
6. Bookings and Services
6.1 Booking Process
When you book a service:
• You enter into a direct agreement with the service provider
• You agree to the service provider's terms and pricing
• You authorize us to facilitate the booking on your behalf
• You may be required to pay a deposit or full payment
6.2 Platform Role
We provide a platform to connect customers with service providers. We:
• Do not provide repair services directly
• Do not guarantee service quality or outcomes
• Are not responsible for service provider actions or performance
• Do not control service provider schedules or availability
6.3 Service Provider Selection
You are responsible for:
• Selecting appropriate service providers
• Verifying service provider credentials
• Reading reviews and ratings
• Communicating your service requirements clearly
6.4 Booking Modifications
• Modification and cancellation policies are set by individual service providers
• Changes may be subject to fees
• We facilitate communication but do not control service provider policies
6.5 No-Shows and Cancellations
If you fail to appear for a scheduled booking without proper notice:
• You may be charged a cancellation or no-show fee
• Your ability to book future services may be restricted
• Service providers may decline future bookings from you
7. Payments and Fees

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge:
• Service fees as agreed with service providers
• Platform fees (if applicable)
• Any applicable taxes
• Cancellation fees (if applicable)

• Platform fees may not be refundable
• Disputed charges should be reported within 30 days

8. Reviews and Ratings

You may post reviews and ratings of service providers if you have used their services. Reviews must:
• Be based on genuine experience
• Be honest and accurate
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Not violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
• Not be influenced by compensation (except verified promotional offers)
8.2 Our Rights

• Remove or moderate reviews that violate these Terms
• Verify that reviewers have used the service
• Display reviews in any format or location on the Platform
• Use reviews in marketing materials
8.3 No Guarantee
We do not verify the accuracy of reviews and ratings. Reviews represent individual opinions and experiences.

13. Warranties and Disclaimers

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXIPOINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• User content or conduct
• Service provider actions or performance
• Third-party products or services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
14.2 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
• $100 USD, OR
• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails its essential purpose.

Arbitration means:

• Arbitration is generally faster and less expensive than court
